Smartphone business is not Lenovo’s cup of tea, i have purchased Lenovo s660 from Paplion Digitek thane on 14/04/2014 within 3 months time today its lying dead with Lenovo service center –Krishna Electronics – Thane for cellular network detection problem, low audio level problem from 16/07/2014, till date for last 17 days the service center promising that they will give my handset next day, two working days or come on Monday, come on Tuesday and its goes on and on. me and my wife has used Lenovo laptop for many years so we thought Lenovo Mobiles will be the same ‘problem free’-‘long lasting device’, but it's not true. It' biggest bullshit products, they have ever made. when I first complained to dealer about heating of phone, he said its due to metallic body, when I I pointed out that earphone sound output is low, they said its Smartphone not music phone so sound is moderate. The worst part is when I supposed to receive a business call, phone network connector stopped functioning, I came to know about the problem only when I noticed apart from phone calls, I haven’t received any social media updates in last 4 hours. It’s total bullshit, no guarantee that this phone will help you in emergency. Service center is the biggest disappointment cream on top of all this, it’s center for lava, Lenovo. max, so huge crowd, no explanations to customer an d finally huge delay in servicing. Even after 17 days I am unable to understand what’s the repair status of my mobile phone, even the Land line phone number provided by service center never gets connected, you have to spend your time and money to reach physically @ service center. Purchasing Lenovo phone is, real mental torch er. I request you to plz plz don’t purchase such substandard products with zero service support!!
