I am Tata sky customer with one connection. I have a Mega package starting Jun 26th for which I paid 5800 Rs. Recently, I moved to my house and I requested for another connection on 7th of Sep. My request was following:

activate HD box, move my Mega package to HD Mega package and I can pay the difference.
Second – convert my old connection to additional TV package
Third – what will I need to pay to recharge

Once I gave the details, the Tata Sky representative asked me to recharge 4550 Rs additionally so that to initiate the same. Once I paid.

Next day Tata sky deducted Rs 1700 for moving the Mega package to HD with new connection asking me to pay additional 800 bucks for addon TV. This amounts to false information and overcharging the customer for current use of 72 days.

Issues:
- They charge me on daily charge basis for last 72 days of std Mega package without informing, suggesting deduction of previous connection
- They did not inform me before deduction and daily rate charge
- rather converting the connection to Mega package, they are trying to give a new connection leading to over charge
- In addition, they are now asking me to pay additional 800 Rs for the addon connection

Enclosed is my details for pursuing this:
