I have purchased a Mahindra Verito-D4 from P.P.Automotive Pvt. Ltd. Karnal dated 19.09.2013 with the name of Signet Crop Sciences India Pvt. Ltd having Chassis No. D2H89227, Engine No. D177948, Colour White, Temporary No. HR 99QA(T)9581, Registration No. HR 5 AK 0912 and the insurance cost was included in the invoice. They never told us that which type of policy issued for this insurance. Now at the completion of one year they made a call from P.P. Automotives Pvt. Ltd. to get renewed the same. We asked the payment and sent cheque against the renewal of policy assuming that policy is covering whole vehicle from bumper to bumper and there was no communication received from their end. Unfortunately, car got accident last week and handed over to P.P.Automotive Pvt. Ltd. Karnal. Yesterday, i got a call to take the vehicle and make the payment Rs. 6300 for services and incidental charges. I personally visited their office and surprised to see their behaviour and action. Mr. Subhash is a person looking for accidental cases told me that you have to pay Rs. 7000/- more to avail the accidental claim as the policy issued by the company at the time of selling the car was in normal in nature and they again renewed the policy in normal case and you have to pay Rs. 7000 + Rs. 6300 + Afidavit to get your vehicle. I asked his that Rs. 7000/- is very high contribution why it is then he told me talk to our insurance person and he called the gentleman who explained me that your policy is normal and not covered several items. I asked him why you have not told me that secret since last one year then he told me that this the mistake of our madam called you for insurance renewal as she has to clearly convey the message that there was a another policy which cover bumper to bumper. I told him we are not aware the policy issued by you on our good faith then he asked me to pay additional Rs. 7000/- and denied to hand over the vehicle without listening further. I have been using several vehicles from Mahindra but surprising to see the poor and hopeless dealings and clearly cheating with the customers by giving false and fabricated commitment which are causing losses to us and similarly the image of Mahindra and Mahindra will also be bad due to its counterpart P.P.Automotive Pvt. Ltd. I am requesting you to convey this cheating and misleading case to concern authorities and arrange to refund our Rs. 7000 as desired by them. It is the fault in there service to the customers and case has to be registered against the company. I shall be arranging legal notice also by such cheating and misleading case to bring the things in public notice as they are same thing with large numbers of customers. Please take action and update me accordingly.
