Respected Sir I am using Airtel Postpaid Corporate Plan Rs. 125 Monthly since 1 and half year on my two mobile nos 9463522799 & 9803552336. This company sometimes changes my bill plan without any notice. Hence from April 2014 this company changed my bill plan from monthly Rs. 125 per month to 149 per month. This bill plan is very different from my previous bill plan. So it incurred me extra losses due to change in the criteria of calculation of tariff. So I was not able to pay the bill after April 2014. But the company disabled my outgoing facility from date 14.07.2014. I requested the Customer Care to change the bill plan to previous one. They changed it but not from the April 2014, they changed it from June 2014. So it is a request to you to let my bill of the months April & May be recalculated for the months of April & May. And my outgoing services need to be resumed. So that I could pay my bill.
